Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support K-12 students in an elementary school setting. This role involves working closely alongside a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver quality speech therapy services during the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Speech-Language Pathologist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans
* Providing direct therapy to students across a K-12 caseload
* Monitoring and documenting student progress
* Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals
* Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
* Active Mississippi SLPA licensure is required
* Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Location: Forest, Mississippi Elementary school environment
