Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock-related risks, and ensure all processes meet the highest standards.
* Security Management: Protect site assets and coordinate security measures, including theft investigations and compliance with security protocols.
* Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and lead external audits for GDP compliance.
* Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify stock discrepancy trends and implement preventative measures.
* People Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and leadership to the Service Centre team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operational processes, stock control, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of security systems, GDP standards, and regulatory compliance.
* A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage change effectively.
Essential Requirements:
* Must be named on a Controlled Drugs License (enhanced DBS check required).
* Familiarity with Home Office controlled drugs standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Commitment to maintaining high security standards on-site.
