Diverse range of commercial property work for equally varied range of clients The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including: Development and investment transactions Portfolio and asset management work Landlord and tenant matters Sector-specific and strategic property projects Clients include national and regional developers, real estate investors, infrastructure and telecoms providers, and leisure and retail operators. Solicitors are given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with direct client contact from an early stage, supported by experienced commercial real estate Partners.
