About the Team
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Compensation Partner to support our global business leaders across multiple regions and functions. This role combines deep compensation expertise with strong business partnership and program ownership. You will collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to develop scalable compensation strategies that drive organizational growth and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted compensation advisor to global business and HR leaders, aligning pay strategies with organizational goals.
* Design and implement competitive compensation structures for corporate and sales functions, including base pay, incentives, and allowances.
* Lead key compensation cycles such as Year-End and Mid-Year Reviews, ensuring clarity and stakeholder engagement.
* Design and support the rollout of sales incentive plans, partnering with Sales Ops, HR, and Legal.
* Analyze market trends to drive compensation decisions for promotions, new hires, and retention.
* Own and evolve compensation programs like job architecture and severance frameworks.
* Ensure compliance with global and regional pay regulations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to manage change communications and policy documentation.
* Maintain governance across Workday job profiles and eligibility rules.
* Drive continuous improvement and clarity in compensation programs across geographies.
Experience and Qualifications
* 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with exposure to global corporate and sales compensation programs.
* Strong understanding of international compensation trends and pay equity regulations.
* Data-driven and analytically strong, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
* Skilled in compensation design principles and cross-regional program rollouts.
* Comfortable working in matrixed environments across functions and cultures.
* Proficient in Excel and familiar with compensation tools and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
* Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
