Operations Manager - O&M
Bristol location / but working from home and occasional site travel
£60,000-£65,000 + bonus, benefits + 25 days holiday

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and management of a portfolio of solar energy assets across the UK.
Your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of solar projects to maximise energy production and financial returns. You will work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that the assets are operating at peak performance while adhering to regulatory requirements
You will work as a team with our senior asset manager to deliver on a variety of contractual and technical solutions to our live assets, as well as provide some guidance to other business functions, such as our EPC teams.
