A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Paralegal to support its rapidly expanding Financial Services and Investment Funds practice in London.

The Team
* Focus on advising asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions
* Strong pipeline of high-value, complex cross-border work
* Direct exposure to senior lawyers and high-profile clients
The Work
The team operates across three key areas:
* Financial Services Regulatory & Transactional Support
* Advising on regulatory aspects of major transactions, including M&A and new product launches
* Strategic Bank Partnerships
* Supporting asset managers in structuring large-scale partnerships with banks (often multi-billion value)
* Structured & Bespoke Financings
* Working on complex, non-standard financing solutions across a range of asset classes, including securitisation and asset-backed structures
