Position: Field Care Supervisor
Reporting to: Registered Manager
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You’ll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75-95% of time out in the field and 25-5% in the office for administrative tasks. We aim to bring support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue our growth as the UK’s fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise carers on an ongoing basis
* Ensure customers’ requirements are met
* Ensure your team is skilled and able to deliver safe, quality care
* Complete meet & greet of all new packages
* Possess local knowledge of the area
* Develop and review care plans
* Audit MAR charts and log books
* Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions
* Interview carers and support compliance
* Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities
* Be hands-on as a carer when needed
* Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
* Engage in team meetings
Background and Experience:
* Fully flexible
* Excellent knowledge of the care sector
* Organised
* NVQ desirable but not essential
* NVQ and in-house training for your role and future career development
