We respect all our staff as individuals, each with something different to offer the children in our care.Due to recent growth, we are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Practitioner to join our fabulous existing team.*About the job:*· To assist room leader and other staff members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children, and effectively carry out daily operations of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents.· To work closely with the Room Leader and other staff members in ensuring a smooth running of the daily routine over lunch time.· Supervising and ensuring children's safety during nap time.· Ensuring a smooth, hygienic routine over lunch time.· To contribute ideas to planning with stimulating activities, ensuring the children receive high quality of learning and development.· To liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.· To maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.· To adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures· To always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements
