Job available at B&Q Swindon. Customer Advisor – Full Time, 36.75 hrs/week, permanent contract. Shifts Monday‑Sunday 7:00am‑10:00pm. Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour (includes £0.27 store allowance).

Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and act as an expert advisor.
* Assist customers in selecting products and offer tailored advice.
* Perform sales activities and meet sales targets.
* Manage stock, set up displays and maintain store appearance.
* Receive training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
Qualifications
* Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about home improvement.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Team‑oriented and flexible to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
