As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other learning differences.
2. Step into diverse educational environments in Pevensey.
3. Create inclusive, engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of individual learners.
4. Build positive relationships with pupils and staff, adapting quickly to different school cultures.
5. Follow existing plans where provided and contribute your own expertise to maintain a supportive learning environment.
About YouWe are seeking professionals who are:
6. Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) with experience supporting pupils with SEN.
7. Confident in behaviour management and skilled at building rapport quickly.
8. Flexible, reliable, and proactive when supporting schools at short notice.
9. Passionate about inclusive education andmitted to helping every learner progress.
10. Open to working across different types of SEN settings and school environments.
