* €70,000-€85,000 per annum - based on experience
Duties:
* Lead HSE delivery on site in line with ISO standards and company systems
* Develop and manage the project HSE plan for the civils package
* Oversee all high-risk activities (excavation, concrete, lifting, heavy plant)
* Review/approve RAMS and manage permit-to-work systems
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards (e.g. projects in Helsinki)
* Manage junior HSE staff and drive safety culture on site
* Report on HSE performance and liaise with client and senior management
