Key job responsibilities
(Please note: This role involves a Wednesday to Saturday night shift schedule.)
1. Collaborate with HR leaders and management on projects to create an engaging workplace environment.
2. Manage daily HR inquiries and administrative tasks, including onboarding processes, self-service tools, and attendance reviews.
3. Utilize dashboards to generate reports for site leadership.
4. Develop initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and experience on-site.
5. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, local employment laws, and HR best practices.
6. Partner with site teams to manage time and attendance, ensuring accurate scheduling and payroll.
7. Work with managers to verify payroll accuracy through audits and reporting.
8. Produce and analyze reports for labor planning and management, using HRIS systems.
9. Ensure roster accuracy through audits and updates.
10. Support employee relations and HR policies, including handling ER cases, flexible working, and absence management.
A day in the life
This role is on-site, involving direct contact with warehouse teams. Depending on your location, you may work on rotation with other HR assistants, ensuring continuous support for employees and queries.
The HR Assistant role is diverse, involving key HR processes, supporting leadership projects, collecting employee feedback, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Customer Fulfilment (CF) is a core part of Amazon, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. Based in Fulfillment Centres, CF manages inventory and delivery logistics, supporting Amazon's fast-paced operations and offering diverse opportunities for different skill sets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Payroll
* Proficiency in written and verbal [insert local language]
* Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
