Key Responsibilities
* Undertake administrative duties including sorting of internal and external mail, filing and photocopying.
* Maintain records of inventories, including furniture and IT, and allocate keys for staff and officers.
* Support the department in ordering and receipting goods via the Iproc system.
* Assist in counting cash to prepare money for banking.
Skills & Experience
* Experience of working in an office environment.
* Ability to utilise Microsoft applications.
* Proven numeracy.
