Your new role
As Service Manager, you’ll lead a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support across amodation andmunity-based services. You’ll ensure services are inclusive, person-centred, and responsive to theplex needs of survivors. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ismitted to driving positive oues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of support staff
2. Oversee service delivery, safeguarding, and support planning
3. Manage lettings, ie collection, voids, and tenancy actions
4. Build strong partnerships withmissioners and third-party agencies
5. Monitor KPIs and contribute to service development and tenders
6. Promote equality, diversity, and psychologically informed practices
7. Participate in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support coverage
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in a leadership role within domestic abuse, housing, or social care
9. Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding legislation
10. Skilled in partnership building, performance management, and service improvement
11. Confident in managing budgets, reporting, andpliance
12. Proficient in IT systems and report writing
