Responsibilities:

* Oversee retail sales targets across multiple locations in the region

* Identify coaching and development opportunities with education team and senior management

* Provide regular coaching and feedback to store teams

* Buil ongoing relationships with retail partners to enhance brand presence and performance

* Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to maintain high standards

* Resolve stock issues to maximise sales potential

* Maintain brand standards and values across all locations

* Present new product lines to retail partners

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in an area management role within a luxury retail environment

* Strong leadership skills with ability to delegate effectively and drive team performance

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills

* Experience in corporate events advantageous

* Ability to be proactive and reactive in a dynamic environment

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
