Your New Role as Our Head Chef:
* High-Standard Scratch Cooking : Craft exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
* Team Management : Lead, manage, and develop your kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
* Stock Control : Oversee inventory and maintain efficient stock management.
* Food Safety and Hygiene : Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
* Kitchen Cleanliness : Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
* Menu Planning and Design : Innovate and design menus that captivate and delight our guests.
What We Ask of You:
* Passion for Cooking : A genuine love for creating the highest quality food.
* Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, high-volume gastropub or restaurant, preferably at a Rosette level or above.
* Organised and Communicative : Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
* Team Building : Experience in building and managing a cohesive, efficient kitchen team.
