We're looking for a new Physiotherapy Administrator at our Derby Hospital who brings a blend of strong administration skills and a passion for exceptional customer care to play a key part in building a healthier nation.
The Role
You will be the face of Nuffield Health and sensitive to our customer's needs. As a Physiotherapy Administrator you will;
* Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
* Welcome patients and put people at ease when they visit your department.
* Use our physiotherapy computer system to deal with payments, book and reschedule appointments.
* Answer the phone, dealing with enquiries
* Aid the smooth running of the department by preparing clinical paperwork, clinical diaries and liaising with our central bookings and finance teams.
The Person
To succeed as a Physiotherapy Administrator, you will have;
* Good IT and keyboard skills.
* Great communication skills.
* The ability to explain sensitive or complicated information in a clear, sympathetic and easily understood way.
* Experience of working within healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment.
* Be able to prioritise a busy workload

The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds, three operating theatres, and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Physiotherapy department is a small but busy department covering both inpatient and outpatient treatment across both Nuffield Derby Hospital and Nuffield Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Set in beautiful grounds, we're about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
