Overview of Role:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
4. Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
5. Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.
