The Company We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join a long-established manufacturer at their Bingley site. The Role * Lead and motivate a team of production operatives * Create and maintain SOPs. * Deliver training and support staff development. * Work closely with planning to ensure efficient scheduling. * Promote and enforce health & safety standards. * Use ERP systems (SAP experience desirable, training provided for other ERP users). Essential Requirements * Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to coordinate and deliver training. * IT literacy and familiarity with ERP systems. * Strong health & safety knowledge. Desirable Experience * Background in belts, textiles, or other process-led manufacturing. * Experience within succession planning or change/modernisation environments.
