Position description / Job description Provide individualized academic support to students with autism and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs). Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Guide students towards academic success through mentoring and individualized instruction. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support. Utilize educational technologies to enhance learning and engagement. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Expectations / Requirements We're looking for you, if: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You possess a passion for student success and a commitment to inclusive education. You are proficient in utilizing educational technologies. You have a relevant educational background (preferred, but not essential). You are willing to complete the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules (support provided).
