As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Leading a production shift to achieve output, efficiency, and quality targets Driving strong process flow across production lines to minimise downtime and bottlenecks Embedding 5S standards and supporting Continuous Improvement activity on the shop floor Monitoring and acting on KPIs including output, scrap, downtime, and labour efficiency Coordinating closely with Maintenance to address faults, prioritise repairs, and improve equipment reliability Coaching, developing, and holding production operatives accountable to clear performance standards. As a Production Team Leader, your experience will include: Proven experience in a Manufacturing or FMCG production environment at Team Leader or Senior Operator level Hands‑on exposure to 5S, Continuous Improvement, and process flow optimisation Confidence interpreting production data and using KPIs to drive decisions Experience working alongside Maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve uptime A calm, authoritative leadership style with the confidence to make decisions on shift.
