This role requires you to be fully flexible, including weekends on a rota basis Key Responsibilities: Support the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets. Promote Keech within the community and encourage customer engagement. Optimise store space and regular stock rotation in line with company policy. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained. Sign up new Gift Aid donations and process paperwork in compliance with HMRC regulations.
