What You’ll Do Provide high-quality care to patients through surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and repeat prescribing Manage undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions with autonomy and professionalism Develop care plans in partnership with patients and contribute to chronic disease management clinics Play an active role in teaching, training, and PCN projects Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of patient services About Us You’ll be joining a well-established practice serving Bodmin and the surrounding area.
