What you'll need to succeed You will be a recent Accountancy & Finance graduate having gained either a 1st or 2:1 and be looking to continue your career as an accountant. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be involved in liaising internally and externally. You will be keen to be based 100% in the offices in Guildford and be keen to develop your career. You will have gained some experience of working in finance during your holiday periods or during internships ensuring a good understanding of business.
