Sales Operations Executive, Newbury:
* Support day‑to‑day sales operations to ensure smooth order processing
* Manage sales data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems
* Produce regular sales reports and performance insights
* Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and finance teams
* Maintain pricing, contracts and promotional information
* Identify process improvements within sales operations
* Support sales forecasting and demand planning activities
* Act as a key point of contact for internal sales queries
Profile
* Responsible for dealer stock allocation.
* Process orders, liaise with warehouse and communicate with 3PL
* Experience in sales operations, sales support or commercial administration
* Strong analytical skills with confidence handling sales data
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable with CRM / ERP systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work effectively in a fast‑moving environment
* Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proactive mindset with a problem‑solving approach
* Experience in a consumer goods or product‑led business is desirable
Job Offer
Salary of circa £29,000 plus 5% bonus (dependant upon performance)
