The Role
As our Recruitment and Resourcing Adviser, you'll be the engine behind our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support recruiting managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
* Support the development of talent pipelines to aid succession planning.
* Liaise with recruitment managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate Role Profiles.
* Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
* Support equity, diversity, and inclusion objectives within recruitment practices.
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, either in-house or agency.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
* Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
