Location: Burgess Hill (Head Office) – Hybrid (ad-hoc office visits for meetings and client interactions)

Role Overview
This role supports commercial and operational success by ensuring seamless administrative collaboration across business functions. You will handle planning, scheduling, data review, reporting, contract updates, and system change requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workload Management & Prioritisation
* Plan repeatable tasks and manage ad hoc requests through effective triage and prioritisation.
* Run daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
* Provide general administrative support for customer contracts and ensure key deliverables are met.
* Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
* Review and verify documents and data for consistency and accuracy.
* Maintain high-quality records for monitoring and reporting.
* Complete all activities within agreed service levels and standards.
* Seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows through proactive engagement and learning.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
* GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent Post Leaving Certificate).
* Strong track record in administrative support within commercial or operations teams.
* Experienced in managing large workloads, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with CRM systems and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience within a regulated Life Sciences or Healthcare environment.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* Skilled in process improvement, project management, or automation.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
