The Role
We are seeking Senior to Associate Electrical Design Engineers to contribute to technically challenging projects. You will:
* Lead detailed electrical designs: power distribution, lighting, fire & life safety, and BMS systems.
* Produce and review calculations, specifications, single-line diagrams, and CAD/Revit drawings.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of a project.
* Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers.
* Ensure compliance with UK standards and regulations (BS 7671, CIBSE).
* Incorporate sustainable design practices and low-carbon technologies.
* Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and QA processes.

About You
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
* Typically 5+ years’ experience in building services electrical design (consultancy or similar).
* Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
* Proven expertise in electrical system design and UK standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
* Passionate about sustainable engineering and innovation.
* Chartered status (CEng, IEng) or working towards chartership is preferred.
