Job Description
3. Advising individuals and families on wills, executries, and trusts.
4. Handling inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
5. Drafting complex wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
6. Managing estate administration and overseeing trust structures.
7. Staying up to date with legislative changes to provide the best legal advice
The Successful Applicant
8. A solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
9. Experienced in wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning.
10. STEP-qualified or working towards the qualification (preferred but not essential).
11. Client-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
