As Head of HR Systems and Services, you will lead the identification, development, implementation and delivery of HR services that enable the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) to act as an effective and inclusive employer. You will be responsible for ensuring HR services and supporting systems are future-focused, and aligned with wider HR policy, pay and reward strategies, and workforce and people strategies. You will manage a team of 2 SEOs (IBCA Level 4).
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role which involves managing multiple priorities and frequently changing requirements, so you will need to be comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and uncertainty.

* Building and managing supplier relationships with third-party HR providers (e.g. casework, pensions, ERP, OH and EAP), ensuring value for money, performance standards and contract compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR service delivery.
* Responsibility for budgets, controls, data/insights and risk management across service areas.
* Work closely with function leads in Finance, Commercial and Data to ensure services are sourced and implemented within the appropriate governance frameworks.
