We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team that's building cloud services to support the UK's most pressing and interesting security challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices/tooling and modern security patterns.
Responsibilities
* Build products and solutions to address customers' challenges.
* Work across a range of greenfield and brownfield projects.
* Deliver technical excellence whilst making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs.
* Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises.
* Employ and follow security practices.
* Employ customer-facing skills within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with technical and operational teams.
* Work with customers and other suppliers to gather and shape requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with Amazon Web Services and other DevOps tooling in high-security environments.
* Hands‑on expertise in infrastructure‑as‑code tools including Terraform.
* Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
* Able to communicate with customers and challenge thinking when needed.
* Consulting skills to solve customer problems, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
* UK NATIONAL
* AWS Certifications at Associate level.
