An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Operations Manager to join the Accounts Team.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop the Finance Operations team, delivering timely, accurate and complete financial reporting, leveraging systems and efficient and effective processes and controls.

The post holder will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in a leadership role, preferably in leading the daily operations of an Accounts Team with experience of managing a big or medium-sized team. Exceptional communication skills are essentials as well as proven experience of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong networking and mediation skills.
