Overview
Join to apply for the Graduate Education Software Trainer role at IRIS Software Group. This is an entry-level training role based in Leeds with hybrid working, including home, office time, and travel to schools across the UK. You will help onboarding school staff to use Every, IRIS’s cloud-based classroom management platform that handles tasks from HR and payroll to health and safety and compliance.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with no evenings or weekend shifts required.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead interactive webinars and in-person training sessions to explain Every clearly and help users work confidently
* Visit schools for in-person training across the UK (some on-site support may be required)
* Create useful guides and resources (written guides, videos, checklists) to support different learning styles
* Answer follow-up questions and ensure users continue to feel confident using Every day-to-day
* Stay up to date with product improvements so training content reflects the latest features
* Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to deliver the best possible experience for schools
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication style, with a friendly, helpful approach to explaining things
* Confidence speaking with people online and face-to-face
* Comfort using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Docs
* Good organizational skills and the ability to manage your own time
* Team player who can also work independently
Bonus points (not essential):
* Experience working in or with schools
* Interest in HR, compliance, or how schools operate
* Experience presenting, coaching, or delivering training
* A consistent routine (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00) and flexibility to split time between home, the Leeds office, and school visits
