In your new role as Senior Supervisor you will support the Line Manager in recruiting, leading and developing the team, carry out requested/needed training, ensure designated areas are being maintained to an agreed level of cleanliness and carrying out all daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Site Manager. Carry out site walks, weekly audits, be aware of annual budget and agreed targets, ensure inductions are carried out and development plans are in place while supporting with monitoring disciplinary and grievance practises. Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals, ensuring you attend all necessary training to be able to use it. Promote good safety habits and methods of work while managing and developing effective relationships with key customers.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated person who has a flexible approach to the role and works well as part of a team. Communicative English is essential, and you may be required to take an English language assessment. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will be required to complete the Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
