The Role Summary Are you ready to plan for the future of Kia UK’s vehicle sales? We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Sales Planning & Reporting Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join the Sales team and transform data into intelligence, uncover market opportunities, and help shape the strategic direction of Kia UK. In the role, you’ll be at the heart of Kia UK’s sales strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to set our direction and meet ambitious plans and metrics. Main Responsibilities Provision and evolution of reporting of all new car & van sales data and market analysis Responsibility for all UK car & van market insights to highlight any opportunities that Kia UK may be missing The development of the dealer annual planning volume model and the generation of targets for all dealers Ownership of Kia’s geographic reporting with responsibility for managing the relationship with our supplier Tracking of performance against plans, and provision of performance data to Kia Europe Monthly presentation of Kia UK and market performance to senior stakeholders Ownership of key business metrics analysis, including early identification of sales issues and deviation of actuals from plan Management of two direct line reports Skills Organised individual with a high level of attention to detail Required to communicate with confidence and credibility, with the ability to influence and have impact with senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution Ability to interpret, simplify and ultimately present complex data Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and in particular Excel Working knowledge of Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools is preferred High level of familiarity with the UK Automotive industry Results orientated, ability to work to deadlines and flexible Experience Experience in automotive sector is required Experience in managing others is desirable We recognise that there may be a number of ways to meet our requirements.
