This is a fantastic opportunity to join CCIS as a Class 1 Driver, based out of Tilbury.
1. 50 hours per week
2. Day shift + Tramping opportunities available
YOUR ROLE | MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Class 1 Driver
4. Planning delivery routes.
5. On occasions, helping to load and unload goods.
6. Making sure loads are safely secured.
7. Following traffic reports and changing your route if necessary.
8. Completing delivery paperwork.
9. Complete daily vehicle checks (oil, tyre and brake)
10. Adhere to Drivers hours rules and regulations at all times while maintaining clear and effective communications with the Transport office to allow for efficient route planning.
11. You could spend a lot of time away from home, including overnight stays where necessary.
12. Most of your time would be spent on the road and you would drive day and night, in all weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
13. Class 1 license
14. CPC
15. ADR, desirable but not essential
