Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces from the DANI by Daniel K collection. Responsibilities include product knowledge demonstration, handling sales transactions, maintaining the store’s appearance, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will serve as a brand ambassador, offering style recommendations and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for each customer.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
* Thorough Product Knowledge and the capability to provide detailed information about products to customers
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment
* A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for fashion and fine jewelry
* Previous retail experience in luxury or fashion brands is an advantage
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
