Job Description:
HR Coordinator
Our client, known locally as an employer of choice, is recruiting a HR Coordinator to join their well-established firm.
Job Duties:
* Support the recruitment process, including posting ads, screening candidates, and reference checks.
* Issue employment contracts, offer letters, and correspondence to staff.
* Manage the new employee induction process and support during the initial employment period.
* Manage employee probation periods, tracking progress and performance with managers.
* Oversee employee welfare programs and promote employee engagement.
* Support management in dealing with long- and short-term absences.
* Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and management professionally and promptly.
* Develop employee communication through various mediums, e.g., company newsletter.
* Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook.
* Represent HR on cross-functional teams and support administrative areas including Performance Management.
* Develop, manage, and report on HR KPIs.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
* Attained CIPD qualification or other HR qualification.
* Good knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to prioritize and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
