The Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide support across multiple communication channels, ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive timely and accurate assistance. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
