Overview
Robert Half are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join the in‑house marketing team at a global financial services organisation delivering specialist investment and financial solutions to institutional clients worldwide.
This is a newly created role as they invest further in their digital transformation. You'll take hands‑on ownership of the most important digital channels - CRM, website and LinkedIn - working closely with senior stakeholders and a network of external agencies. Industry background is open; practical digital marketing experience is what matters most.

Responsibilities
* Website Management (WordPress)
o Own day‑to‑day management of our WordPress website
o Upload, edit and optimise content using SEO best practice
o Monitor site performance and recommend UX and content improvements
o Coordinate updates with internal teams and external developers
* CRM & Email Marketing
o Build and manage email marketing campaigns using a CRM system (Dynamics or similar)
o Support segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation
o Track engagement and performance metrics across marketing activity
* Social Media (LinkedIn‑focused)
o Plan, schedule and manage organic LinkedIn content
o Run and optimise sponsored LinkedIn campaigns using Campaign Manager
o Analyse performance and continuously refine social strategy
Additional responsibilities include:
* Using GA4, social insights and CRM dashboards to report on results
* Working with agencies and freelancers across digital, content and design
* Supporting wider digital campaigns and competitor analysis
* Staying up to date with digital marketing tools, platforms and best practices

Requirements
* Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with clear exposure to WordPress, CRM/email marketing and LinkedIn
* Comfortable running digital campaigns and analysing performance data
* Confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders
* Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 or platform insights
* SEO, PPC, additional social platforms, basic HTML/CSS and AI tools are nice to have, not essential
* Open to candidates from any industry (B2B or B2C), either in‑house or agency‑side
