We are looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Night Care Assistant on a full or part time basis. The role will be based at Lyndon Croft Care Home, Solihull. The home caters to 52 residents with a range of age‑related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene and retiring to bed for the evening
* Complete routine welfare checks throughout the night to ensure residents are safe and well
* Support residents to dine and maintain good nutrition and hydration as required
* Encourage residents to mobilise safely around the home, using mobility aids and specialist equipment
* Provide friendship and companionship to residents
* Maintain accurate and timely written records and complete documentation
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and engage with other care professionals to promote residents’ health and well‑being
* Welcome family members to the home and assist with enquiries
Qualifications
To be successful, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of the residents’ individual abilities.
