We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Customer Care team in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will provide unparalleled support to our customers and help drive sales.
Responsibilities
* Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience.
* Working to deadlines while delivering quality customer service.
* Updating and maintaining customers’ records on an ongoing basis.
* Providing support to sales teams, both field‑based and inside.
* Promoting products on call in line with relevant promotional activity.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport to deliver the best customer care experience.
* Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Computer literate.
* SAP experience (desirable).
