What You'll Be Doing: Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Running files from quote through to post-completion Providing excellent client service and clear communication throughout Working closely with a full-time conveyancing assistant What We're Looking For: Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing (all levels considered) Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail A client-focused, practical and friendly approach Great time management and communication skills Why Join This Firm?
