As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, driving growth through both new and existing business opportunities. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers and manufacturers, adopting a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that address industrial control and automation challenges. Balancing the demands of prospecting while enhancing existing client relationships will be key to your success. You'll also support marketing activities to boost product awareness and commit to personal development – both technically and commercially.
Hours of Work: Full-time, on-site.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial distribution sector.
A keen ability to drive sales growth through partnerships and accounts.
Strong communication skills and an aptitude for relationship building.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems to produce insightful sales reports.
