Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Engaging with customers, educating them about products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and following security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty via upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
