What you'll do Own the end-to-end recruitment process for from requisition to offer
Post job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring were visible where it matters
Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind
Use active sourcing to build strong pipelines and respond quickly to hiring needs
Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns
Manage relationships with external partners
Manage Contract Creation for candidates
What you'll need Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience of working in retail would be advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills
A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)
A passion for delivering a great candidate experience
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving
Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
