We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager in our Financial Planning and Analysis team, who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".
As the Senior Finance Manager - FP&A, your key responsibilities are
* Support the month end process, coordinating FP&A team activities, reviewing journal entries, and contributing to the management accounts pack
* Produce the annual budget, business plan, and associated valuation models. Track performance throughout the year and deliver monthly forecast to our shareholders
* Deliver processes to provide insight and analysis to senior stakeholders regarding key areas of business performance
* Support with the enhancement of financial accounting, reporting and planning systems, working with internal and external teams as required
* Oversee the Financial Planning and Analysis team, supporting their development and ensuring they deliver on objectives
About you
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified with proven experience of management accounting/business partnering
* Previous experience of financial modelling and running a budget process
* Familiarity and confidence in working closely with a senior management team
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Ability to discuss complex concepts with both expert and non-expert colleagues
* Competent user of Microsoft Excel and financial systems
