Overview: Working alongside our client, an established injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Designer to join their established team. Benefits: * Days role Mon-Fri * Overtime available * Flexible working available * On-site parking * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension scheme Remit: * As an Injection Mould Designer you will be responsible for the design of injection mould tools, from single impression to multi cavity hot runner for the companies in house toolroom. * With a customer base comprising of medical, automotive, switchgear and packaging, successful candidates will have experience of all types of injection mould design and high precision mould tools. Role: * Design and developed injection moulds and components with focus on performance, cost, and manufacturability. * Produce detailed 3D and 2D designs using Creo (Pro/Engineer) and SolidWorks. * Conduct design reviews and apply DFM principles to optimize designs for production. * Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met. * Collaborate with customers to define requirements, present design solutions, and provide technical support.
