Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line technical support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services
* Location: Welshpool
* Handle incoming queries by phone, email and live chat
* Ensure all calls are logged accurately
* Analyse data and respond accordingly
* Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls
* Provide customer training on products
* Monitor and report any issues as needed
* Any additional tasks as needed by management
Candidate\'s Profile
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
* Experience in customer service or 1st line technical support beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer focused with a high attention to details
* Good IT skills
