Project Coordinator - Office Move, Woking
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage a large-scale office relocation within London, with a contract duration of 7 months. The role involves working in the office 3 days a week in London, starting as soon as possible.
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Operation Readiness team, coordinating with various workstreams including IT, Facilities, and Business Change to ensure a smooth move.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in large office moves or relocation programs, capable of developing detailed plans, managing risks, activity logs, budgets, and costs.
Responsibilities include managing move and migration planning, installation of FF&E, snagging, services mobilization and transition, facilities mobilization, business continuity, licensing, and planning.
